First, visit FACTSMgt.com. In the upper right corner, click on Family Log In and then choose FACTS Family Portal:
On the next page, click the “Forgot username/password” link:
You will then be prompted to enter your email address. In most cases, your enrollment account is set up with the child’s mother’s email address.
You will then receive an email with a link to update your username, password, or both. It may take up to 5 minutes to receive the email. Please note that the link expires after 6 hours.
Once you reset your password, you can return to the log-in page to access your account.
