Enrollment FAQ

Please refer to the information below to answer common questions about the CEC’s enrollment process!

Expression of Interest

The first step in our Admissions process is to complete our Expression of Interest form. Note: our program is completely full for the current year. The Admissions window for the next school year will open following the High Holidays.

Application

Once our Admissions window is open, we will review our expected available spots in our school and invite you to apply if your child’s age group has openings. The link to apply and pay our $120 application fee will be provided at that time.

Zoom interview with Directors

After you apply, all prospective parents will complete a Zoom interview with our directors to determine if you are a fit for our program.

Registration

Following the completion of your Zoom interview, you will be invited to register for a spot in our school. Once this is complete, your child’s spot in the upcoming school year is confirmed.

Group Tours

Registered families will be invited to tour our facility in a casual group setting in the spring.

Enrollment Contract & Tuition Agreement

During the summer prior to the start of the school year, you will receive an Enrollment Contract & Tuition Agreement form that must be completed by the due date.

How can I apply for Financial Aid?

Financial Aid is a separate process from enrollment. You can apply for Financial Aid for Pre-K and Kindergarten students by visiting FACTS Financial. Your tuition total will not yet reflect any financial aid that you may receive. After your financial aid application is submitted and reviewed, your tuition amount will be manually adjusted.
