Enrollment Policy 2018-2019

The Child Enrichment Center is open to children between the ages of eighteen months and five years. It does not discriminate in its enrollment policies, programs, activities, or in any other practices on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, or family structure. Shul membership is a requirement of admission.

Below is the Child Enrichment Center’s (CEC) Enrollment Policy for the 2018-2019 Academic Year:

REGISTRATION FEE (NON-REFUNDABLE):

Each child’s registration form needs to be accompanied with a fee of $500 (from February 15 2018) non-refundable.

TUITION PAYMENT:

The parent agrees to pay the tuition payment plan according to schedule.

The first month tuition is due no later than September  2018.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

There are two payment options:
• Payment in full by August 4, 2018: 5% discount on tuition only. (Please note discount doesn’t apply if you are applying for a Scholarship.)
 Monthly payments Credit Card: Credit cards will be charged on the first of each month. September 1, 2018  through June 1, 2019

SCHOLARSHIPS/DISCOUNTS:

If a discount has been applied to tuition payment, parent agrees to volunteer at CEC for  10 hours throughout the year.

ABSENCES AND VACATIONS:

Tuition and other fees must be paid in full without deduction for absences of any duration or for any cause.

RE-ENROLLMENT FOLLOWING SUSPENSION/WITHDRAWAL:

If any situation occurs during which the child is temporarily withdrawn from CEC and the parent temporarily suspends regular payment of tuition, the enrollment will be terminated. Re-enrollment will be based upon availability of space, and an additional registration fee will be required.

SHUL MEMBERSHIP:

Parent understands that their child’s place in CEC is only guaranteed once Shul membership has been purchased for the upcoming year (2017-2018). Parent understands that the deadline for purchasing membership is on May 1st 2017.

REQUIRED FORMS:

All application forms and payments must be submitted by parent before student is admitted to any class.

PARENT HANDBOOK:

Parent is expected to read the and follow all regulations and policies.

HEALTH FORMS:

In order for a student to enroll, s/he must receive a wellness check by a pediatrician that includes vision and auditory screenings. Parent must present a copy of current health forms prior to the beginning of the school year. Students are required to be up to date on all vaccines.

REGISTRATION IS COMPLETE ONLY WHEN ALL FORMS  OR CREDIT CARD NUMBERS ARE SUBMITTED.
