Accessing My FACTS Family Portal Account

Where do I log in to Family Portal?

If you know your username and password, simply click here to log in.

I don’t remember my log-in information. What do I do?

First, visit FACTSMgt.com. In the upper right corner, click on Parent Log In and then choose FACTS Family Portal:

On the next page, click the “Forgot username/password” button. You will then be prompted to enter your email address. In most cases, your enrollment account is set up with the child’s mother’s email address.

You will then receive an email with a link to update your username, password, or both. It may take up to 5 minutes to receive the email. Please note that the link expires after 6 hours.

Once you reset your password, you can return to the log-in page to access your account.

How can I find the Enrollment section?

Once you are logged in to Family Portal, look at the menu on the left side and click the “Apply/Enroll” link.

If you’re using a computer, the menu should automatically display. If you are using your phone, you will need to click the menu icon (3 horizontal lines in the upper left corner) in order to see the Apply/Enroll link.

After clicking Apply/Enroll, choose “Enrollment/Re-Enrollment” and then click one more time on “Open Enrollment.”

I received an email from FACTS Financial about my tuition plan. Why is my packet not submitted? How can I tell if my enrollment packet has been submitted?

The enrollment packet has several steps. After you select a tuition plan, you must return to the enrollment packet to finalize. Therefore, you may receive a FACTS Financial email before you fully submit your packet. If you received a message from us that your packet has not been submitted, it means that your information is incomplete. Please log in to fully submit.

You will receive an email confirmation with the subject line “Online Enrollment Received – [Child Name]” when your packet has been successfully submitted. If you have not received this email confirmation, your packet is missing information. Please see the detailed instructions below for how to find out what is missing.

I am enrolling multiple children. Do I need to complete a packet for each of them?

Yes, each child has their own enrollment packet. However, you will only need to select a tuition plan once, as tuition plans are applied to the entire family.

How can I apply for Financial Aid?

Financial Aid is a separate process from enrollment. You can apply for Financial Aid for Pre-K and Kindergarten students by visiting FACTS Financial after you submit your enrollment packet. Your tuition total will not yet reflect any financial aid that you may receive. After your financial aid application is submitted and reviewed, your tuition amount will be manually adjusted.
